5+ years of relevant Workday Integration experience, including complex development and production support.
Robust hands-on experience with Workday Orchestrate, including design, development, deployment and troubleshooting.
Solid knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core/Cloud Connectors, REST/SOAP, WSDL, XML/XSLT, Calculated Fields, Advanced/Custom Reports, ISUs and ISSGs.
Experience integrating Workday across HCM, Payroll and/or Financial Management and third-party applications.
Experience working in a Managed Services / Operate environment and managing multiple client priorities.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and root-cause analysis capabilities.
Ability to independently own deliverables and communicate effectively with client and global stakeholders.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
