We have an urgent opening for the Position of Zonal Manager- Direct in Leading Life Insurance Company.
Lead, coach, and performance-manage ARMs/RMs.
Build leadership pipeline for future expansion.
Monitor branch productivity, activation rates, and conversion metrics
Intervene on underperforming clusters with sharp action plans
Ensure consistency in execution across cities.
Track competitive trends and market shifts across geographies
Provide strategic inputs to central teams on product/channel improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally (HR, Training, Ops, Marketing) for execution.
