We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels
The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce operations, product management, marketing, and sales optimization

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory
Monitor sales, orders, returns, and customer queries
Develop strategies to increase online sales and improve conversion rates
Manage promotions, discounts, offers, and online campaigns
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and customer support teams
Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends
Ensure a smooth customer experience across online platforms

Requirements




1 3 years of experience in e-commerce management
Knowledge of platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar marketplaces
Understanding of e-commerce sales, digital marketing, and analytics
Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Robust communication and organizational skills
Ability to analyze sales data and make decisions
Experience with marketplace advertising is a plus
