Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented BDM to expand Grey Matters business and strengthen its client base across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent corporate clients across Kerala.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals and market visits.
Build relationships with HR Heads, TA Heads, Business Heads and decision-makers.
Understand client requirements for contract staffing, payroll and recruitment services.




Prepare proposals, commercials and presentations.
Conduct client meetings and negotiate commercial terms.
Convert prospects into long-term business relationships.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
Achieve business development and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile
38 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Business Development.
Candidates with experience in Staffing, Recruitment, Payroll or HR Services will be preferred.
Robust corporate client acquisition and networking skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
Proven ability to generate leads and close business independently.
Should be willing to travel across Kerala for client meetings.
