Manage pricing, discounting, and price realization initiatives to maximize revenue and margins.
Monitor Gross Contribution (GC) and profitability across products and services.
Conduct competitor price benchmarking and support annual price revisions.
Handle special pricing requirements for bulk and key business clients in coordination with Sales.
Lead client/vendor commercial discussions and negotiations.
Manage credit/debit note workings and client full & final settlements.
Track sales commitments and ensure timely commercial closures.
Develop MIS, dashboards, and reports covering pricing, revenue, margins, and key commercial metrics.
Provide data-driven insights to support pricing and business decisions.
