Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard Financial Advisors / Insurance Agents.
Build, manage, and motivate a team of advisors to achieve business targets.
Develop robust relationships with advisors and support them in generating business.
Drive sales of Motor Insurance and General Insurance products.
Provide product, sales, and process training to financial advisors/agents.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand the advisor network.
Maintain regular follow-up with advisors and customers.
