Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard Financial Advisors / Insurance Agents for the agency channel.
Develop, manage, and motivate a team of advisors to achieve business targets.
Train advisors on insurance products, sales processes, and customer handling.
Generate business through the agency network and support advisors in achieving sales targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with agents, customers, and channel partners.
Drive sales of Motor Insurance and General Insurance products.
Monitor advisor performance and provide regular guidance and feedback.
