Overall responsibility for Foundry Production, Quality and Product Development.
Plan and monitor daily production to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.
Manage EAF/Arc Furnace and Induction Furnace operations, melting practices.
Required Candidate profile
Identify and reduce casting defects, rejection, rework and customer complaints through Root Cause Analysis and CAPA.
Monitor complete foundry processes including moulding, core making,
