Provide advanced operational support for network services across on-premises and cloud environments.
Perform incident response and troubleshooting for complex network issues.

Support hybrid and multi-cloud networking technologies using Cisco, Palo Alto, and AWS.
Collaborate with Network Engineering and Delivery teams to transition current services into production support.
Experience:
5.5 - 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Azure.
Experience in AWS.
Experience in Load Balancing.
Experience in Firewall.
Valuable to Have:
Network Engineer.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
