Role & responsibilities

Leading daily production strategies while optimizing schedules and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and output.

Directing plant-wide machine shop operations with overarching responsibility for SQDCM performance, driving operational stability, manufacturing excellence, and continuous improvement across production functions.

Orchestrating strategic initiatives to elevate throughput, enhance manufacturing effectiveness, and unlock capacity improvements across machining and assembly value streams.
