Key Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of skilled drone flying experience.
Hands-on experience operating DJI Matrice 350 RTK (M350) and DJI Matrice 400 (M400).
Experience in LiDAR, mapping, surveying, photogrammetry, or geophysical survey operations will be preferred.
Valuable understanding of RTK/PPK, flight planning, terrain following, and survey missions.
Experience in operating drones in challenging field conditions and remote locations.
Knowledge of DGCA regulations, drone safety procedures, pre-flight/post-flight checks, and flight documentation.
Ability to coordinate with surveyors, LiDAR operators, geophysicists, and field teams.
Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across India.

Responsibilities




Plan and execute UAV survey missions as per approved flight plans.
Safely operate DJI M350 and M400 platforms and associated payloads.
Conduct UAV LiDAR, photogrammetry and other specialized drone survey missions.
Monitor flight parameters, GNSS/RTK status, battery, payload and mission progress.
Maintain flight logs, equipment records and field documentation.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and aviation safety requirements.
Carry out basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance of UAV systems.
