What you'll do:
Connect with clients through outbound calls to pitch unsecured business loans.
Understand customers business needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Manage leads from initial enquiry and application through documentation, verification, approval follow-ups, and disbursal.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and lender teams to resolve queries and ensure timely processing.
Build solid customer relationships through responsive service, regular follow-ups, and post-disbursal support.
Generate repeat business and referrals from existing customers.
Maintain accurate customer records, application updates, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursal targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Must have:
1+ yr unsecured business loans sales experience in NBFC/Fintech
Robust MSME/unsecured lending knowledge
Proven disbursal track record
Comfortable with high call volumes & targets
