Policy Interpretation & Guidance
Interpret central, state, and local government policies related to real estate development.
Provide explicit, actionable guidance to internal teams on regulatory frameworks.
Track changes in policies, regulations, and government notifications and assess their business impact.

Policy Administration & Compliance
Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements, approvals, and licenses.
Maintain documentation and records of approvals, NOCs, and regulatory filings.
Develop and implement SOPs for regulatory compliance and approvals

Government Liaisoning
Build and maintain relationships with government departments and authorities such as:
Development Authorities




Municipal Corporations
Revenue Departments
Pollution Control Boards
Fire & Safety Departments
Coordinate for obtaining approvals, permits, and clearances.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust understanding of real estate policies, approvals, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
Strong analytical skills for policy interpretation.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex regulatory settings.
High attention to detail and documentation skills.
