Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain project details, pricing, and offers to potential customers.
Follow up with leads and schedule site visits.
Maintain customer records and update lead status.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Preferred candidate profile
ood communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate projects.
Proficiency in Hindi, Odia, and English.
Customer-focused approach and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
