About the Role

We are looking for a Business Associate to support day-to-day business operations, project coordination, data management and sales-related activities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, customers, vendors and business partners while ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

1.Manage and maintain business data, reports and records.

2.Coordinate and follow up on ongoing projects, orders and business activities.

3.Support sales coordination, including quotations, orders, customer follow-ups and status tracking.

4.Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors and business partners for day-to-day requirements.

5.Track project/order progress, timelines, pending activities and follow-ups.

6.Prepare and maintain MIS reports, business updates and presentations.

7.Support management with data, analysis and information required for business decisions.





8.Assist in documentation, process tracking and other business operations activities.

9.Handle multiple tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Required Skills
Hindi-speaking candidates with valuable verbal communication skills are preferred.
Solid data management and reporting skills
Valuable follow-up and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders

Key Highlight

Fluency in Hindi is mandatory/preferred, as the role involves regular communication and coordination with Hindi-speaking customers, vendors and business partners.
