Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with solid expertise in Azure Databricks, GenBI, Text-to-SQL, and AI/BI solutions to develop scalable data and AI-driven analytics solutions.
Develop data and AI solutions using Azure Databricks, Spark SQL, Python, and SQL.
Build and optimize Text-to-SQL models and GenBI solutions.
Design and maintain semantic layers, metadata rules, and AI/BI Genie Agents.
Work with Unity Catalog for data governance, security, and architecture.
Develop and manage Bronze, Silver, and Gold data pipelines.
Translate ambiguous business requirements into structured metadata and data rules.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, and business teams.

Preferred candidate profile




5+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics Engineering, or AI application development.
Solid hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Spark SQL.
Expertise in Databricks notebooks and Unity Catalog.
Proven experience with Text-to-SQL, Semantic Layer, GenBI, or AI/BI Genie Agents.
Advanced Python and SQL skills.
Solid understanding of data pipelines and Bronze/Silver/Gold architecture.
Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical/metadata rules.
