Experience: 18 to 22 years

Location: Mysuru (Hootagalli Industrial Area)

Responsibilities:
Plant maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability, and safe operation.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance; analyze failures using RCA, MTBF, and MTTR.
Ensure uninterrupted power supply, energy efficiency, fuel control, power factor improvement, and utility cost optimization.
Coordinate with OEMs, AMC vendors, and contractors for maintenance and machine upgrades.
Drive TPM, 5S, OEE improvement, safety, and energy audits.
Prepare annual maintenance plans, budgets, spares planning, and cost control.
Ensure current machine installation, commissioning, expansions, modernization, and energy-saving projects.
Ensure statutory, calibration, maintenance records, and documentation for audits and management review.
