Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Associate who can manage day-to-day operations, communicate with users, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Should able to handle a team if required. This role requires valuable communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs & KPIs)
Communicate with users and solve their queries on time.
Should be able to handle a team.
Handle issues and escalations quickly and effectively.
Work with internal teams to fix operational problems.
Support daily clinical and operational tasks.
Improve processes to make work faster and smoother.
Ensure a positive experience for users.

Key Requirements
3 - 6 years of experience in operations or similar role
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle team
Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
