Key Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
Screen resumes based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and CTC.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and support the hiring process until joining.
Work on IT profiles such as Java, .NET, MERN, QA, DevOps, Python, etc.

Requirements
Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field.
Positive English communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn IT technologies and recruitment processes.
