Role & responsibilities
Contact and qualify all incoming leads within 24 hours.
Capture customer requirements, bird capacity, shed details, project timelines and decision-maker information.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
Prepare and submit quotations using approved company templates.
Track and follow up all open quotations and customer enquiries.
Conduct customer meetings, farm visits and site inspections.
Present poultry equipment solutions and address technical and commercial objections.
Support order closure activities and customer negotiations.
Coordinate with design, production and dispatch teams after order confirmation.
Monitor collections and payment schedules for assigned orders.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs and dealer meetings.
Provide weekly pipeline reports and market intelligence updates.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering preferred.

Experience Requirements

26 years of B2B sales experience involving physical products, capital equipment, agricultural products,



industrial machinery, poultry equipment, dairy equipment, irrigation systems, pumps, motors, solar products, building materials, feed or veterinary-related products.
