Role & responsibilities
Contracts & commercial management across both Civil and MEP works in high-rise residential & commercial projects.
Tendering, BOQ, and QS rate analysis, comparatives, and techno-commercial negotiation.
Contract law & conditions FIDIC/standard forms, risk allocation, variations, and claims.
Claims, EOT & dispute resolution including delay analysis and arbitration support.
Cost control & bill certification (RA bills, reconciliation, value engineering).
Solid knowledge of construction methodology for high-rise structures and MEP systems.
MS Excel, MS Project, and ERP/contracts software (SAP or equivalent) proficiency.

Preferred candidate profile
Timely award of Civil & MEP packages against procurement schedule.
Cost savings achieved through negotiation and value engineering.
Effective closure of variations, claims, and disputes.
Accuracy and timeliness of bill certification and commercial MIS.
Contract compliance and audit outcomes.
