Key Responsibilities
Provide secure, compassionate and quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
Monitor and record patients vital signs, clinical condition and treatment progress.
Administer medications, injections and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during procedures, examinations and emergency interventions.
Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records and required documentation.
Ensure proper patient identification, medication safety and infection-control practices.
Follow NABH standards, hospital policies and nursing protocols.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing team and other departments for effective patient care.
Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication, hygiene and discharge instructions.




Ensure proper handover and takeover of patients during shift changes.
Maintain cleanliness, safety and availability of equipment and nursing supplies.
Respond promptly to emergencies and follow appropriate escalation procedures.
