We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Customer Support & Sales Executive to handle customer queries while identifying sales prospects and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Convert enquiries into sales opportunities and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure.
Coordinate with internal teams for order/service requirements.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.




Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and customer support reports.
