ROLE TITLE: Sales Coordinator

FUNCTION: Sales

REGION: Asia - India

REPORTING: Sales Head - India

LOCATION: Mumbai BKC

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare presentations, proposals, and business decks for the sales department.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as operations, finance, marketing, and management teams to ensure smooth execution of sales-related activities.
Act as a point of contact for clients for follow-ups, documentation, and coordination.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights for decision-making.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities.
Track pending tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, contracts, and other required documentation.




Support in scheduling meetings and coordinating client visits.
Ensure smooth communication flow between clients and internal teams.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, business support, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
