About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager – Sales who will be responsible for managing and growing Hacker Earth's existing customer portfolio in India.
This is primarily a farming role. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with existing customers, driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, increasing account penetration,



and ensuring that customers continue to see measurable value from Hacker Earth's solutions.
You will work closely with key stakeholders across customer organizations, understand their evolving business and hiring requirements, and identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand Hacker Earth's footprint within each account.
What You Will Do?
● Own and manage a portfolio of existing Hacker Earth customers across the India market.
● Build robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition leaders, and business leaders within customer organizations.
● Drive renewals, retention, upselling, and cross-selling across your portfolio.
● Identify opportunities to increase customer spends and expand Hacker Earth's presence across different teams, business units, and use cases.
● Develop strategic account plans for key customers and build a predictable expansion pipeline for the
