Role & responsibilities
Deliver high-quality Chemistry lectures for Classes 610 (ICSE & CBSE).
Build solid conceptual foundations in Chemistry through engaging and structured classroom teaching.
Prepare students for school examinations, Science/Chemistry Olympiads, and Foundation-level competitive examinations.
Develop and solve conceptual, application-based, HOTS, MCQ, and Olympiad-oriented problems.
Prepare lesson plans, classroom notes, assignments, DPPs, tests, and study material as required.
Ensure timely and effective completion of the prescribed academic curriculum.
Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
Conduct regular assessments and analyse student performance to improve learning outcomes.
Maintain high standards of classroom discipline, engagement, and academic delivery.
Collaborate with academic teams to develop and continuously improve study material and test content.
Mentor and motivate students to develop scientific aptitude, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
