Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Understand client requirements and create detailed job briefs.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal database.
Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Negotiate salary and manage offer closures.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ensure quick turnaround time and quality hiring.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.

Required Skills
Solid sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Hands-on experience with job portals & LinkedIn hiring.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Positive understanding of different industry hiring trends.
Target-driven and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
