To effectively teach Science to Primary Grade students (I–V), ensuring solid conceptual understanding, practical exposure, and development of scientific thinking skills in a structured and engaging learning setting.

Key Responsibilities

1.Academic Planning & Teaching
Prepare detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum guidelines.
Deliver engaging and activity-based Science lessons.
Use teaching aids such as models, charts, PPTs, and demonstrations.
Integrate real-life examples to enhance conceptual clarity.
Maintain academic pace as per yearly and monthly planners.
Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring
Prepare worksheets, assignments, and question papers.
Conduct periodic assessments and evaluate answer scripts.
Maintain assessment records and student progress reports.
Identify slow learners and provide remedial support.




Communicate student progress to parents during PTMs.
Classroom Management
Maintain discipline and positive classroom atmosphere.
Ensure safety during experiments and practical activities.
Encourage curiosity, participation, and teamwork among students.
Manage classroom resources effectively.
Co-Curricular & School Responsibilities
Organize and participate in Science exhibitions and events.
Support school activities, assemblies, and competitions.
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
Assist in demo classes during admission process if required.
