Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
Create performance test strategies, plans, workload models, and test scenarios.
Develop and maintain performance test scripts and frameworks.
Monitor system resources including CPU, memory, disk, network, and application metrics during test execution.
Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and provide optimization recommendations.
Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure applications meet defined SLA, SLO, and performance benchmarks.
