About the Role
We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration and food-service equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical experience and solid problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, service, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical issues.
Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
Handle refrigeration systems, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and related components.
Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Prepare service reports and maintain records of service activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
