We are looking for a Java Lead Developer with solid hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, along with technical/team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Design and develop Microservices and REST APIs.
Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and guide team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
Ensure code quality, performance, and best development practices.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.
