Role & responsibilities

Warehouse & Logistics Management

• Lead and manage daily operations across multiple warehouses PAN India (Inward, Outward, Returns, and Dispatch).

• Oversee the Order-to-Dispatch cycle ensuring timely, accurate, and productive fulfillment for B2B, B2C, and eCommerce channels.

• Ensure warehouse optimization including space management, storage efficiency, and infrastructure utilization.

• Implement robust returns management systems to handle reverse logistics effectively. Inventory & Process Control

• Drive inventory accuracy through periodic audits, reconciliations, and stock verifications.

• Ensure real-time visibility of inventory across warehouses using WMS/ERP tools.

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, and Processes for all warehouse operations.

• Design and monitor KPIs and SLAs to improve TAT (Turnaround Time) and reduce operational errors.
