Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT specialists while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles.
Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and skilled networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews with stakeholders.
Schedule and manage interview processes and candidate communications.
Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




Ensure timely closure of positions while meeting quality hiring standards.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Stay updated on IT market trends, technologies, and talent availability.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and hiring best practices.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in bulk and niche hiring.
Understanding of emerging technologies such as Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Software Development.
