Role Summary Job Title: Client Servicing Executive Experience: 1–3 Years Work Model: Hybrid Location: Gurugram, India We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can independently manage B2 B social media accounts, understand client objectives, develop actionable content briefs, and coordinate with internal creative and content teams to deliver high-quality work. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, B2 B client servicing, and digital trends, along with the ability to manage multiple B2 B accounts, deliverables, and timelines simultaneously. What You'll Do Social Media Account Management Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned B2 B clients. Act as the primary point of contact for B2 B clients for their social media requirements. Understand client objectives, B2 B brand positioning, target audience (decision-makers, businesses, industry stakeholders), and social media goals. Take ownership of assigned B2 B social media accounts and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination.



Maintain regular communication with clients and keep them updated on ongoing work. Content Planning & Strategy Develop and manage monthly/weekly social media content calendars in coordination with the creative and content teams, tailored to B2 B audiences and industry-specific messaging. Understand client briefs and translate requirements into clear, actionable content briefs. Contribute ideas for Reels, static posts, carousels, stories, and other social media formats suited to a B2 B context (thought leadership, case studies, industry insights, etc.). Stay updated with B2 B marketing trends, platform updates, and relevant industry moments. Identify relevant content opportunities and proactively suggest ideas to clients.
