Job Description
Diamond India Builders is looking for an experienced and well-organized Admin cum Sales Manager to join our team in Panchkula. The role combines sales coordination, client relationship management, and day-to-day administrative responsibilities for our residential real estate business.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with residential real estate projects, strong communication and follow-up skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between customers, sales teams, management, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming sales inquiries and coordinate with prospective customers.
/n
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
/n
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
/n
- Assist the sales team with lead management, customer follow-ups, and sales documentation.
/n
- Maintain accurate customer databases, lead records, sales reports, and administrative documentation.
/n
- Coordinate with internal teams and management regarding customer requirements and sales activities.
/n
- Handle routine office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
/n
- Assist with booking documentation, agreements, customer records, and other real estate-related paperwork.
/n
- Maintain qualified relationships with existing and prospective customers.
/n
- Provide timely updates and reports to management on leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales progress.
/n
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience from the initial inquiry through subsequent coordination.

Candidate Requirements
/n
/n
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in residential real estate projects.
/n
- Previous experience in real estate sales, sales coordination, administration, CRM, or a similar customer-facing role.
/n
- Good understanding of the residential property sales process.
/n
