Lead SAP CS Consultant
Location : Mumbai/ Bengaluru (Hybrid 10 days Onsite)

Job Summary
As the Lead SAP CS Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Customer Service solutions. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will guide a team of functional consultants, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, ABAP), and manage senior stakeholder relationships to deliver robust, scalable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Delivery
Blueprint & Design
Lead requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders, analyze complex business processes, and design end-to-end SAP Customer Service solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable SAP CS process designs and functional specifications.
Hands-on Configuration
Perform and oversee advanced SAP CS configuration including:
Service Notifications
Service Orders
Service Contracts
Warranty Management
In-House Repair Processing
Resource Planning & Scheduling
Service Billing
Equipment & Functional Location Management
Integration Management
Ensure seamless integration of SAP CS with SAP MM, FICO, PM, PP, and external third-party applications through IDocs, ALE, EDI, APIs, and middleware platforms.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex integration and data flow challenges.
S/4HANA Transformation
Lead impact assessments, solution design, and implementation activities for SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation projects related to Customer Service processes.
Support adoption of SAP Fiori applications and up-to-date service management capabilities within S/4HANA.
Team Leadership & Governance
Technical Mentorship
Lead, mentor, and support junior and mid-level SAP consultants.
Provide guidance on best practices, configuration standards, and solution design.
Quality Assurance
Review functional specifications (FSDs),
