Role Overview

As a Senior Associate – Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns. The role requires solid campaign management, creator coordination, client communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

You will work closely with Planning, Procurement/Pricing, Strategy, Creative, Talent Management, and Revenue/Brand Management teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and as per the agreed campaign objectives.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the influencer ecosystem, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of campaigns independently.

Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Management & Execution
- Manage end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns from campaign brief to closure.
- Understand campaign objectives, target audience, deliverables, timelines, and brand requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.




- Track campaign progress and ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Identify execution gaps and proactively resolve issues during campaigns.
- Maintain campaign trackers, documentation, and status reports.

2. Influencer & Creator Management
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, talent managers, and agencies for campaign execution.
- Share briefs, content guidelines, deliverables, timelines, and brand requirements with creators.
- Follow up with creators for content submissions, revisions, approvals, and publishing.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with relevant creators and talent partners.
- Ensure creators adhere to campaign guidelines, deliverables, disclosure requirements, and timelines.
- Handle creator escalations and ensure timely resolution of execution-related issues.
