Responsibilities

- Handle and coordinate active calendars

- client coordination for deliverables from design team.

- Schedule and confirm meetings
/n
- Sometime client meetings, follow up proposals and payment.Event Coordination

- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
/n
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
/n
- Client coordination for deliveries and coordinating between design team - sales account manager - clients.

- Data mining from other sites
/n
- Day today office operations
/n

Qualifications

- Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent experience

- Solid interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

- Ability to multitask

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
