About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Accounts & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, customer account coordination, administrative activities, and back-office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with customers, sales, accounts, and technical support teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Accounts & Billing

/n

/n
- Prepare and send customer invoices and quotations as required.
/n
- Maintain accurate customer billing and account information.
/n
- Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
/n
- Maintain payment records and coordinate payment collection.
/n
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding invoices, payments, balances, and account status.
/n

Customer Account Management

- Maintain complete and up-to-date customer records.
/n
- Manage customer contracts, agreements, SLAs, and related documentation.
/n
- Monitor contract expiration dates, renewals, amendments, and pending paperwork.
/n
- Communicate with customers professionally regarding billing, contracts, and account-related matters.
/n
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through timely and friendly communication.
/n

Administration & Back-Office Operations

- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
/n
- Manage day-to-day administrative and back-office activities.
/n
- Coordinate between management, sales, accounts, and technical support teams.
/n
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up and completion.
/n
- Prepare regular operational and management reports.
/n
- Maintain internal databases, spreadsheets, customer information, and documentation.
