Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop recent business opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
/n
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and requirement gathering.
/n
- Identify suitable machine vision, AI inspection, robotics, and automation solutions based on customer needs.
/n
- Coordinate feasibility studies, sample collection, and proof-of-concept activities.
/n
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering team.
/n
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions.
/n
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and commercial closures.
/n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, consultants, and system integrators.
/n
- Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams for successful project execution.
/n
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and periodic sales reports.
/n
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
/n

Required Qualification

/n





s• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field

/n

.• 4- 6 years of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Machine Vision, SPMs, Packaging Machinery, Capital Equipment, or related industrial products

/n

.• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial applications

/n

.• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

/n

.• Ability to understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions

/n

.• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

/n

.• Willingness to travel extensively across India for customer visits and project discussions

/n

.

/n

Preferred Skills

/n

Experience in Machine Vision, AI-based Inspection Systems, Industrial Cameras, Robotics, Sensors, PLCs, or Factory Automation.

/n

/n
- Existing customer network in Automotive, FMCG, Food, Pharma, Pac
