About the Role

We are looking for 3 strong Microsoft Engineers with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, migration, setup, endpoint/desktop management, and Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments, supporting migration projects, configuring and maintaining user devices, and troubleshooting Microsoft-based infrastructure and workplace technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments, including user and tenant administration.
- Perform and support Microsoft 365 migrations, setup, configuration, and related implementation activities.
- Manage desktop and endpoint environments, including configuration, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Manage user accounts, permissions,



licenses, policies, and security configurations.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager and device policies where applicable.
- Support Windows desktop/laptop deployment, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other Microsoft services.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users and device management.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, migrations, incidents, and technical procedures.
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure Microsoft environments are maintained according to operational and security requirements.
