Job Summary

/n

We are looking for a Software Sales Representative with 1–3 years of experience in software sales and a strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or cloud-based solutions.

/n

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing the sales pipeline, building relationships with UAE-based decision-makers, presenting software solutions, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect potential enterprise and mid-market clients across the UAE through cold calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
/n
- Execute software sales strategies based on customer requirements and market trends.
/n
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
/n




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
/n
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
/n
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.
/n
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
/n
- Leverage knowledge of the UAE business market and culture to generate new opportunities.
/n
- Lead negotiations and support contract closure.
/n
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams.
/n
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
/n
- Coordinate client onboarding and post-sales support.
/n

Requirements

/n

/n
- 1–3 years of experience in software sales.
/n
- Solid understanding of CRM, ERP, SaaS, or cloud-based software solutions.
/n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
/n
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
/n
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market and business setting
