Aurawill is one of India's fastest-growing nutrition brands, making traditional, science-backed nutrition simple and accessible for modern families.

In just over a year, we've earned the trust of 1,00,000+ customers and are expanding rapidly across D2C, marketplaces, quick-commerce and retail.

Aurawill is looking for a strong commercial Business Head to own the Brand’s business end-to-end and take responsibility for scaling the brand. This role is for someone who is ready to own the full business rather than a single functional vertical.

The oppurtunity:

Aurawill is a natural health foods brand with an ambition to build a differentiated, trusted and scalable consumer business. The Business Head will be responsible for translating the brand ambition into business growth i.e owning the P&L;, shaping strategy, setting priorities and leading the teams and functions required to deliver the plan.

What you will own:

· P&L; and Business Strategy:



Own the overall Aurawill P&L; and business plan; set revenue, gross margin, contribution, profitability and growth priorities; identify the biggest business levers and allocate resources and budgets accordingly.

· Sales channels: Own the D2C channel and other online/offline channels of business end-to-end including acquisition, retention, and channel profitability. Build a scalable growth engine rather than optimising only for topline.

· Marketing & Brand: Partner closely with the marketing team to translate the brand strategy into consumer growth. Own the commercial outcomes of marketing investments while protecting long-term brand equity, positioning and consumer relevance.

· Supply Chain & Operations: Own the operating rhythm from demand planning and procurement through production, inventory, fulfilment, quality and customer experience.

· Finance & Business Management: Work closely with finance to build budgets, forecasts, monthly business reviews
