Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Techno Functional Consultant with 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation, configuration, testing, production support and payroll business processes .
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR/Payroll teams, technical teams and project leadership to deliver scalable Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations .
Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct Fit-Gap analysis .
Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll based on business and statutory requirements.

Payroll Relationships
Elements and Element Eligibility
Earnings and Deductions
Balances and Balance Feeds
Payment Methods
Payroll Costing
Payroll Flow Patterns
Calculation Cards
Retro Pay
QuickPay
Payroll Calculation and Prepayments
Payroll Reconciliation
Handle end-to-end payroll processing and validation .
Work on payroll costing, accounting and reconciliation with Finance/GL teams.
Support data migration and validation activities.
Prepare Functional Solution Design documents, configuration workbooks and functional specifications.
Design and execute SIT, UAT, regression and parallel payroll testing .
Participate in CRP, UAT, cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare activities.
Analyze payroll calculation issues involving earnings, deductions, taxes, balances and payments.
Perform root-cause analysis and provide functional solutions.
Work with technical teams on Fast Formula, BI Publisher .
Coordinate with Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits,
