Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform pre-installation checks and preparations, including reviewing project plans, organizing equipment, and conducting safety assessments.

/n

2. Assist in the transportation and delivery of turbine components to the installation site.

/n

3. Participate in the assembly and installation of wind turbine components, including tower sections, nacelles, blades, and hub assemblies.

/n

4. Follow installation procedures and guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient turbine installation.

/n

5. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues or challenges.

/n

6. Conduct quality inspections and tests during and after installation to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.

/n

7. Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment throughout the installation process.

/n

8. Complete installation reports, documentation, and other necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

/n

9. Coordinate with project managers, engineers,



and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project progress.

/n

10. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to wind turbine installation.

/n

Requirements:

/n

1. Experience: 8-10 Years (Proven experience in wind/turbine installation is a must)

/n

2. Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma / technical or vocational training in a relevant field

/n

3. Knowledge: Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical systems.

/n

4. Ability: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

/n

5. Skill: Effective communication skills, Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, Flexibility to travel and work at different project sites as required.

/n

6. Language: English, Hindi.
