- Proficiency in Japanese Language (JLPT N2 certified) N
- 5 years of overall experience 2 years of product/project management related experience) N
- People management experience N
nExperience in web application project management

- Possess KPI management knowledge/experience N
- Excellent communicationskills to enable stakeholder management N
- High problem-solving skill that able to understand different business and provide data driven solutions N
- Ability to meet tough deadlines, handle stress, and have valuable judgment N
- Ability to manage crossfunctional development team N
