- OS & Endpoint Management: Proficiency in Windows OS, M365, and endpoint security. N
- Configuration & Deployment Tools: Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, and imaging tools. N
- Application Packaging &Patch; Management: Ability to package applications and deploy patches effectively. N
- ITSM Process Knowledge: Familiarity with Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL framework). N
- Inventory & CMDB Management: Skilled in maintaining accurate asset records and lifecycle tracking. N
- Automation Skills: Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, VBScript) for automation. N
- Evergreen Services: Experience in implementing continuous update strategies. N
- VDI & Cloud EUC Solutions: Familiarity with Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop. N
