Job DescriptionDiamond India Builders is looking for an experienced and well-organized Admin cum Sales Manager to join our team in Panchkula. The role combines sales coordination, client relationship management, and day-to-day administrative responsibilities for our residential real estate business.
NThe ideal candidate should have prior experience working with residential real estate projects, robust communication and follow-up skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between customers, sales teams, management, and other stakeholders.

- Handle incoming sales inquiries and coordinate with prospective customers. N
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process. N
- Coordinate and scheduleclient meetings, property presentations, and site visits. N
- Assist the sales team with lead management, customer follow-ups, and sales documentation. N
- Maintain accurate customer databases, lead records, sales reports, and administrative documentation. N




- Coordinate with internal teams and management regarding customer requirements and sales activities. N
- Handle routine office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. N
- Assist with booking documentation, agreements, customer records, and other real estate-related paperwork. N
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers. N
- Provide timely updates and reports to management on leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales progress. N
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience from the initial inquiry through subsequent coordination. N

- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in residential real estate projects. N
- Previous experience in real estate sales, sales coordination, administration, CRM, or a similar customer-facing role. N
