We are looking for a Brand Strategist & Account Executive to manage client communication, understand business requirements, develop strategic directions, and coordinate with our internal creative, content, social media, and website teams.
The ideal candidate should be a solid communicator, strategic thinker, and organised account manager who can turn client requirements into clear and actionable briefs.
Role OverviewAs a Brand Strategist & Account Executive, you will be the bridge between the client and the internal execution team.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Understand client objectives, requirements, expectations, and business challenges.
- Conduct client calls and meetings and document key discussions.
- Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, content, assets, and other requirements.
- Share project updates, timelines, and deliverables with clients.
- Manage client feedback and ensure it is clearly communicated to the relevant internal teams.
