Research & Development Associate
nWork Location: Boisar, Palghar
nWorking Days: Monday to Friday

nRoles & Responsibilities
n
- n
- Conduct plant trials at manufacturing sites to validate new materials, formulations, and process improvements.n
- Perform material characterization and analysis using techniques such as Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), GCMS & FTIR.n
- Work on Smart Polymers and support polymer synthesis and modification activities as per R&D; objectives.n
- Handle and support Extrusion Molding operations, including process optimization and troubleshooting.n
- Assist R&D; initiatives focused on enhancing material properties, product performance, and process efficiency.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.n




- Document experimental data, trial observations, and technical reports in a structured and compliant manner.n
- Support scale-up activities from lab to pilot and commercial production.n
- Literature survey of non patent and Patent literature search and analysis.n

nTechnical Skills & Expertise
n
- n
- Solid understanding of polymer science and material behavior.n
- Hands-on experience with DSC, TGA, and polymer material testing techniques.n
- Exposure to Smart Polymers, Polymer Synthesis, and Extrusion Molding processes.n
- Familiarity with R&D; laboratory practices, SOPs, and safety standards.n
